All payments for Web Notification are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, refund processing, and related customer service inquiries.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This right applies to new subscription purchases. However, by accessing the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you have waived the cooling-off period to the extent permitted by applicable law, as the digital content has been fully provided.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@webnotification.online or reach out to Paddle Support directly. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests made more than 60 days after the transaction date will not be processed.
