Web Notification is a software-as-a-service platform that allows website owners to add customizable web notification widgets to their websites. The Service includes a dashboard for managing websites and notification cards, and a JavaScript widget that is embedded on your website.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our website. Payments are processed through Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Web Notification operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
